I applied for a apple credit card today, got denied. I guess having some existing credit would help out a tad. I just really want a new computer but it looks like I have to be patient - not my forte. Today has not been very eventful but the overcast weather is rather nice. I guess I'll spend the rest of my day catching up on all the spring 2010 fashion shows and drooling over dolce vita shoes I have been eyeballing for weeks now. I ordered some more nOir jewelry yesterday and I am ready for it to be here already, but again I need to be patient.

It's been years since I have been to chicago and I forgot how amazing it was. The wedding was beautiful, the shopping was fabulous, and seeing the McCaffery family was the best part. Back to reality this week.

I really liked the lighting in the Gap dressing room so I thought I might as well capture what I was wearing, hah. I was trying to go for the Haider Ackermann look, with a lot of draping of fabric and bold boots. I absolutely love the sweater I got - seen in the photograph's - it is the most amazing piece of clothing I have purchased in a long time. I have worn it with almost everything these past days, plus it's great to wear just around the house!
I really miss germany, I think I am going back for Christmas - just in time for all the Christmas markets and Gluhwein!

It rained a little today, so therefore it gave me an excuse to wear my new scarf, it was great. The weather is supposed to be in the 60's this week - bring on the layers!

Today is a good day. I am finally over my jet lag, purchased about five different types of allergy medicine - for adults and children - I couldn't make up my mind obviously, but I can breathe the fresh air once again! I am still on the look out for a nice cruiser bicycle, I have to put the most adorable bell I bought in amsterdam to good use!
I think I am going to paint outside on my patio, it is too nice of a day to sit inside.
